WILMOT – On Saturday, June 1 at 2 PM at Timmy Patton Park, 28 Shindagan Road, Wilmot, the Wilmot Community Association (WCA) will be holding a children’s Sip ’N Paint.
Markers, paints and paper will be provided for children to create their own unique masterpieces. Juice boxes for “sipping” will be provided. After the artists finish, they can use the park, playground, and beach.
Once the artworks are completed, they will be hung up in the function room at the Red Barn, 64 Village Road, Wilmot, NH. On Saturday, June 22 at 2 PM the WCA will hold an art show for the artists and their families. Snacks will be provided.
“We are excited to see the wonderful creations that will be made. We look forward to adorning the Red Barn with colorful and creative artwork during the month of June and hope that community members will join us at the Art Show to honor our young artists,” said Meg Dugan, WCA executive director.
The rain location for the Sip ’N Paint will be at the Red Barn, 64 Village Road, Wilmot.
The WCA, founded in 1963, offers free and low-cost events throughout the year. The WCA owns and operates two facilities in Wilmot – the Red Barn, a community center on Village Road, and Timmy Patten Park, a beach and playground on Shindagan Road.
