Pursuant to the requirements of NH RSA 7:19-a, II(d), notice is hereby given that a pecuniary benefit transaction that exceeds $5,000.00 has occurred between Bark and Bray Farm and Animal Sanctuary Inc (“the Foundation”) and the following persons associated with the Foundation: Benjamin Taylor, President, and Jennifer Taylor, Executive Director, in the amount of Ten Thousand, two hundred and thirty-three dollars and twenty four cents ($10,233.24), the nature of said transaction being more particularly described as follows:

1. A lease for use of a tractor between the Foundation and Jennifer Taylor in the amount of $352.77 monthly.

2. A lease of a 24 x 47 FT barn, multiple outbuildings and 6 acres of land including fenced in pasture. The lease agreement includes electricity, hot water, and 168 square feet of heated storage on the premises owned by Benjamin and Jennifer Taylor in the amount of $500 per month.

3. Mileage reimbursement for the use of a vehicle to transport animals, feed, and supplies in the amount of $0.67 cents per mile based on the federal mileage reimbursement rate.
