Salisbury Historical Society News – September

Hearse House Museum closed for the season

Press release

SALISBURY-Salisbury Historical Society’s season ends with our Potluck Supper and Annual Meeting on Tuesday, September 17, at 6 PM. We hope to see as many members as possible.

This is an important night, where new officers will be elected.  If you are interested in any position, including President, Secretary, Treasurer, or Trustee, for a three-year term, please email gmhenry66@nullgmail.com

On Tuesday, October 8, we will host Pamela Weeks speaking on “New England Quilts and the Stories They Tell,” in Salisbury Town Hall, at 6 PM. This program, postponed from June, should be of interest to many and all are invited at no charge. Guests are encouraged to bring one quilt for identification or to share its story. This program is brought to you by the Salisbury Historical Society and New Hampshire Humanities to Go.

The Hearse House Museum is now closed for the season. Look for us next spring, opening the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. Find out more about us at salisburyhistoricalsociety.org.
