SUTTON — The Kearsarge Regional School District began the school year with a new Superintendent, John Fortney. Fortney relocated to the district from Missouri, where he was the Superintendent of the Vandalia school district.

The district also launched a monthly news show on YCN cable news, which will air the first Thursday of every month. The “Cougar Chronicle” will share news of people and happenings in the school district. Its first show included an interview with Fortney.
