The Hub Offers a Culinary Adventure

Looking for something different to try in January? Join cooking enthusiast Patty Pond for what
she’s calling the Let’s Cook Culinary Adventure, a hands-on cooking class and dinner party.
The theme is Spanish tapas, and the event will be held on Friday, January 24, at The Andover Community Hub. 

The adventure will begin promptly at 5 PM and will last approximately three hours. Up to 10 brave participants will get paired up to prepare a five-course Spanish tapas dinner with Patty’s help. No cooking experience is necessary! 

The group will sit down and enjoy each of the five courses as they are ready. The menu includes Marinated Olives, Marcona Almonds, Stuffed Medjool Dates, Chili Shrimp, Radicchio Salad, Chicken Croquetas, Spanish Meatballs, and Orange Cake. Sangria, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will also be served.

At the end of the evening, recipes will be provided for participants to take home to recreate in their own kitchens. The cost of the evening is $45, all-inclusive.
