Naughty Nellie’s Cafe and Bakery is now open at 46 Main Street in Andover, just east of the village. At the opposite end of the building from Naughty Nellie’s Ice Cream Bar, the new cafe and bakery are open from 6 AM to 9 PM every day. The fare covers a wide range, from beverages, baked goods, and flavored coffees, to hot meals for eat-in or take-out, to take-home meals including soups, quiches, and pies.
