Wilmot Historical Society press release

The Wilmot Historical Society (WHS) will hold its Annual Meeting at the Wilmot Community Association’s red barn next to the Wilmot Post Office at 64 Village Road in Wilmot Flat on Sunday, November 4, at 1 PM. A fun program will follow.

The meeting, including election of officers and changes to the by-laws, will take place at 1 PM, followed by a refreshment break. The program, “Foto” Fest, will follow shortly thereafter and will feature digitized photographs from the Wilmot Historical Society’s collection as well as photos brought in by attendees, which will be digitized and shared via a large-screen television. Be sure to come early and bring a thumb drive if you would like to have your Wilmot pictures scanned for sharing with the WHS.

There will also be displays from the WHS collection, WHS membership opportunities (for new or renewing members), live music, and refreshments. The Curiosity Shop will be open for business selling the popular Donald Hall DVD as well as other WHS publications.
