The part-time position for Deputy in the Town Clerk/Tax Collector’s office is becoming available. Office hours include two evenings a week and some Saturdays.
Functions that are performed within the department are governed by both local and state rules and regulations. Applicants must be cognizant of the highly confidential nature of the information within the office, which is required to be kept confidential by New Hampshire RSA 91-A.
Applicants must have a working knowledge of business English, spelling, and mathematics, as well as knowledge of office equipment and procedures including computers using the Windows operating system and software; ability to reconcile daily financial reports; ability to type accurately and with reasonable speed; ability to work effectively with the general public; and the ability to be bonded.
