The Andover Recreation Soccer season is beginning to wrap up, with only three weeks left on the schedule.

The first and second graders have been learning basic skills and scrimmaging amongst themselves on Saturday mornings, while the third and fourth grade boys and girls have played games against teams from surrounding towns such as Warner, Hillsboro, Weare, and Hopkinton. The 3/4 level will also have the opportunity to play, once again, at the New London Outing Club’s Bob Andrews Soccer Jamboree on Sunday, October 13.

The fifth and sixth graders have been working hard, practicing one to two times a week and competing in games twice a week. Their season will wrap up on Saturday, October 19, when they compete in their annual tournament.

Regular season schedules and tournament information can be found at MVSL.org. Come out and cheer them on one last time, Go, Andover!
