Present: Selectmen Danforth and Coolidge; Town Administrator Roy

Encumbrances: Selectman Danforth moved to encumber $4,500 from the Cable TV-Web site expense line for Web site design and development. Selectman Coolidge seconded the motion, and the motion carried.

Selectman Danforth moved to encumber $10,000 for Town Office renovations, repairs to basement windows, file cabinets, and replacement of the broken upper window on the north side of the building. Selectman Coolidge seconded the motion, and the motion carried.

TA Roy reported that refunds for incomplete building inspections would be sent out on January 10, 2014 but will be properly accounted for as a 2013 event.
