I live in East Andover, across the road from Highland Lake, with my wife and two sons, Colby and Bentley.
I have 15+ years of experience with the tasks that are required for being Road Agent. I have a successful business, Poulin Property Maintenance, that I have operated for five years.
Given the opportunity, I would continue to show you, rather than just state, how dedication, hard work, focusing attention to small details as well as big projects and maintenance schedules can make a huge difference to how the taxpayers’ money is spent.
I envision making changes such as clean, selective brush and tree clearing on roadsides, creating a community day to clean debris from our roadsides, and work with Town and landowners to refurbish stone walls from years of damage from road grading and grade changes. Regarding snow plowing, I would like to use the Town’s road grader to assist during larger storms. Although that takes time and money from contractors’ trucks, it is the most beneficial to the taxpayers.
I truly appreciate your consideration and look forward to the opportunity of representing the Town of Andover with a great team of local people, a friendly face, and the drive to always work hard doing what’s best for the town. I encourage you to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have.
I would also like to thank the woman who devotes as much time and dedication into our business and this potential opportunity as I do, my wife, Samantha Poulin.
Best of luck to “Tiny” Thompson, who is also running.
