Michaela Hoover, Library Director, recently received a scholarship to attend the Association for Rural and Small Libraries Conference in Springfield, Massachusetts. While there, she was able to meet Celeste Ng, author of Little Fires Everywhere and Our Missing Hearts, as well as have a book signed for the Andover Public Library.
