In keeping with our charitable mission of helping to find a cure for breast cancer and protecting the future of our kids, Tanger Outlet Centers introduced Tanger’s Fit For A Cure Family 5K Run/Walk in 2009. This program is designed to raise money for local breast cancer awareness initiatives through LRGHealthcare.

In conjunction with Northeast Communications, Belknap Landscape Company, Comcast Spotlight, The Citizen of Laconia, and CrossFit Corps, Tanger Outlet Centers will host the fifth annual Fit For A Cure Run/Walk presented by AutoServ on Sunday, September 22, at 8:30 AM. This is a timed and USATF-certified 5K (3.1 mile) event that will take place at the Tanger Outlet Center in Tilton.

The first 500 registrants will receive a race t-shirt. All finishers will receive a commemorative participant medal, Tanger shopping discounts, and more. Top division winners will be rewarded as well as the top three male and female winners.

Runners can register at TangerOutlet.com/race. The fee is $20 for adults and $15 for children under 12 years of age for those who preregister. The fee is $25 for registration on the day of the event.
