The Adventure Park at Mount Sunapee has been recognized as a 2014 “Editor’s Choice” winner in Yankee Magazine’s Travel Guide to New England as the Best Obstacle Course in New England.

The Adventure Park, now in its third season, features a 2 ½ hour Canopy Zip-Line Tour, an Aerial Challenge Course with 32 challenges, Segway PT Tours, 18 holes of Miniature Golf, an 18-hole Championship Disc Golf Course and chairlift rides. New this summer is an Airbag Jump and Climbing Wall Tower (scheduled to open June 21) and the Beck Brook Mining Sluice, where children can mine for gemstones and fossils. Adventure Park activities are priced separately. There is also an Interpretive hiking trail from the top of South Peak.

The new Play All Day package includes the Aerial Challenge Course, Airbag Jump and Climbing Wall, Mini-Golf, Disc Golf, chairlift rides, plus admission to the Lake Sunapee State Beach, making for a full day of family fun. The Play All Day Package costs $49 per person.

The Adventure Park is hosting an Opening Day Celebration on Saturday, May 24. There is free miniature golf, free chairlift rides up South Peak, and live music. Other Adventure Park activities will be at regular prices. An outdoor cash barbecue will be available in the Adventure Park during the day.

Also during the day Vibram Disc Golf will be hosting a Birdie Bash, which is a fun day-long disc golf event for all levels of ability.
