Town Clerk Announces New Office Hours

Thursday evening hours shift to morning

Starting in November, the Andover Town Clerk and Tax Collector’s office will be open:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 AM to 2 PM
  • Tuesday from 1:30 to 6:30 PM
  • The last Saturday of the month, unless it’s a holiday weekend, from 9 to 11 AM

The Town Hall is open on Tuesday evenings for meetings and for the Building Inspector, so there is other activity and people around. On Thursday evenings there is no one in the building except for the Town Clerk and the Deputy Town Clerk. It gets dark early at this time of year, the building is empty, and few people come in to register vehicles.

Our new hours, listed above, will be posted on the Town’s Web site at Andover.NH.us and on the new sign outside the Town Hall.

Holiday Closings

The Town Clerk’s office will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day; and on Thursday, November 27, and Saturday, November 29, for the Thanksgiving holiday.
