Andover Congregational Church Makes Plans for Holy Week

Josh Wagner on five-month mission to Fiji

By Sandy Miller, Andover Congregational Church

Approximately 20 Church Executive Board members and Church leaders went on a retreat on March 6 and 7 at Singing Hills Christian Center in Plainfield, New Hampshire. The purpose of the retreat was to determine how best we could fulfill our mission of the church which is to be disciples and make disciples. After much praying and discussion, we felt God was leading us in the direction of ministry work in the areas of Andover and Franklin.. We now must determine how best to approach this goal..

Pastor John and Amy Wagner’s son, Josh, will be leaving the end of March on a five month mission trip to Fiji. They will have a lecture and an outreach phase with a medical focus and  will also learn the aspects of practicing in the tropics and how to set up a clinic in remote areas. This is a wonderful opportunity for Josh. Please keep him in your prayers as he embarks on this adventure. This fall, Josh will attend NHTI, where he has been accepted into the Nursing program.

Our schedule for Holy Week is as follows:
