Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees in New Hampshire are now welcoming applications for the 21st annual New Hampshire Scholarship Program and will award $30,000 in college scholarships to 12 deserving New Hampshire high school seniors. Since 1995, local Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees have given more than half a million dollars in scholarship grants to New Hampshire students who embody the mission to help those that serve others.

“Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees in New Hampshire are thrilled to continue serving our local communities with our annual scholarship program by awarding more than a half a million dollars to local students since the program’s inception,” said Adam Quinn, a New Hampshire Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee. “We are always impressed with the scholarship recipients’ accomplishments and look forward to acknowledging them as leaders in the community.”

In 2016, 12 scholarships, each in the amount of $2,500, will be awarded to qualified high school seniors throughout New Hampshire. The scholarship program is open to any qualified high school senior who is a current resident of New Hampshire and enrolling full-time at a post-secondary institution, whether at a four-year, two-year, or community technical college. The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation will review scholarship applications and make the final decisions on the award recipients. Applicants will also be considered for other scholarships administered by the Foundation. Applications are open now, and the deadline to apply is April 15 at 5 PM.

“We’re grateful that Dunkin’ Donuts New Hampshire franchisees have contributed more than a half a million dollars to local students through the New Hampshire scholarship,” says Judy Burrows, Director of Program Operations and Student Aid at the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation. “With the increasing cost of education, we know how important these awards are to New Hampshire students in achieving their academic and career goals. We encourage all interested students to apply by the April 15 deadline.”
