Several local music teachers are available to offer individual and group music lessons at The Andover Hub on a variety of instruments, currently including piano, violin, cello and the recorder.

Cathy Todd of New London is a seasoned music coach who uses the Suzuki Method to teach violin, cello and piano to people of any age.  While best known as a way to teach the violin, the Suzuki Method is also a successful approach to teaching other instruments, and is equally successful with adult or teen beginners as it is with pre-school and elementary learners.  Cathy is available for weekly private lessons and also hopes to develop twice-monthly group “jams” to convey the fun of playing in a group. Julie Love of Sunapee has taught private piano lessons for over 35 years, teaches all ages and all levels from beginners to advanced players, and focuses on developing music reading skills at the same time she trains students to learn by ear.  She is currently teaching “Music with Friends” at The Hub, a movement and music experience for small children and their caregivers.
