Three Rivers Foundation – Supporting Education, a newly formed 501(c)3 in November of 2017, kicked off their first annual golf tournament on August 2nd,  with over 52 players in attendance. The organization was able to raise over $9,000 to help develop collaborative relationships between local businesses, existing labor partners, schools, and students to pursue new opportunities in fostering vocational training for students in New Hampshire communities.
The newly formed Foundation consists of 7 board members that are focused on promoting hands-on training and educational opportunities for students through a community-based infrastructure that will build and facilitate future employment.
All proceeds of the golf tournament will support local students through scholarships and local businesses aligned with trades and skillsets in order to raise awareness for career paths for students while helping them become vital contributors to our social and economic system.
Thank you to our many golfers that took the time to play in our first tournament, and to those businesses and individuals that donated items towards our raffles and live auction.
