In honor of RP Johnson and Son’s 112-year anniversary, the company is again sponsoring a community-wide event of public building, repairing, and community service-related projects on Saturday, June 15, in the towns surrounding its Andover and Sunapee locations. Community members can sign up for the event and choose a project during the company’s Saturday, May 18, Customer Appreciation Event, or online at WeBuildItForward.com. It is also possible to create an event and register it as a part of the celebration.
On Saturday, June 15, teams of people will head out into the community to take on their We Build It Forward projects. The projects may take the shape of yard clean-ups, weatherizing a house, small renovation projects, or painting. The total list of ideas will be posted on the Web site as it continues to grow.

Can you volunteer and recruit others to as well?
Project Criteria
1. It must be something they can’t do for themselves.
2. It has to be something that really helps people.
3. We all help do the projects together as a way to appreciate those who have helped us before.
We are currently contacting business owners, families, and friends so they can become sponsors and volunteers for this exciting one-day event. As the event comes closer, we will assign roles and tasks to all who volunteer, and it is all based on how each person wants to help.
Community Service is Important
