Andover resident Bill Swenson is on his way to the Andover Transfer Station with this truck full of trash as part of Andover’s annual roadside Earth Day clean-up effort sponsored by the Andover Community Hub and the Andover Conservation Commission (ACC) from April 18 to 24. Bill and his wife Sheila, along with Ken and Lee Wells, spent a good deal of Friday, April 22, picking up trash along Route 4 between Fenvale and the Salisbury town line.
