On October 25, the Friends of the Northern Rail Trail held their Board Meeting, largely absorbed with follow-up to the “Strategic Planning Retreat ” of October 13. The Retreat had produced a set of Five Goals for the future, changes in the Bylaws dealing with election of Directors and categories of Directors, and confirming FNRT’s relationship with the City of Lebanon.  All of these were voted on and approved. The next Board meeting will occur by Zoom on November 15, and the Annual Meeting for the Election of Directors and Officers, December 13. Members and the public are welcome at both.
