Corine A. (Benoit) Keyser — February 17, 2024

On Saturday, February 17, at the age of 82, Corine (Benoit) Keyser, passed away, following several months of declining health. Born in Franklin, she was the daughter of Laura (Bellrose) and Austin Perry.

Corine was a graduate of Penacook High School and in her lifetime held various occupations. She worked at Beede Electric Co.; she was a certified nursing assistant at the Merrimack County Nursing Home; and deli counter clerk for the IGA, Shop-n-Save, and Market Basket. When she retired, she worked as a bus driver for Merrimack Valley School System, where she took comfort in being able to drive her grandchildren to school every day.

Corine’s family was paramount in her life and she cherished time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and she took great pride in each of their many accomplishments. A woman of many talents, she enjoyed playing piano, ice skating, swimming, listening and dancing to country music, and painting. She enjoyed her flowers and collecting many treasures, i.e., dolls, clocks, and music boxes. Corine will be best remembered for her sense of humor and her love of a good yard sale.

She is survived by her two loving daughters, Penny Caldwell of Salisbury and Heidi St. Jacques of Andover; four grandchildren, Stephen Keyser of Salisbury, Amanda Keyser (Derek Croft) of Andover, Charlie St. Jacques (Taylor), and Kellie Young (Tyler) of Andover. She will also be dearly missed by two great-grandchildren, Lilly Keyser and Ricky Young, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and seven siblings, she was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, David Keyser, Sr., two sons, David W. Keyser, Jr., and his wife Suzanne (Buckley) Keyser and Barry A. Keyser.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 10:30 AM, at Alan’s Restaurant, 133 N. Main Street, Boscawen, NH 03303.
