Willa Coroka of The Magpie’s Apprentice to Speak

Andover Garden Club, Tuesday, April 23, at 6:30 PM

By Chris Dixon

Please join the Andover Garden Club as Willa Coroka visits us for a second time and presents another in her series of great programs — this time on companion Planting. Willa hails from Chester, New Hampshire, and is a seasoned gardener, propagator, and an engaging and energetic speaker.

Come hear about plants that when planted next to each other will benefit each other’s growth, flavor, and can also help protect each other from insects and/or disease. Who knew plants were so multi-talented?

The Garden Club will meet at The Andover Community Hub, 157 Main Street, on Tuesday, April 23, at 6 PM. Refreshments and social time at 6; program begins at 6:30.

Please contact the Garden Club at andovernhgardenclub@nullgmail.com to let us know you are coming. We want to be sure we don’t run out of cake! There is a small fee of $5 for this event. Donations are also happily accepted.
