April Events at the Andover Libraries

By Michaela Hoover

Spring has sprung! If April showers are keeping you indoors, swing by the libraries for great
reading material and awesome events.

Mini Art Show Grand Opening: Tuesday, April 2, 4 to 7 PM, William A. Bachelder Library
(WABL). Come enjoy our second annual Mini Art Show! Andover’s artists have created some beautiful works that you won’t want to miss.

Light refreshments will be served. Can’t make it to the grand opening? We’ll have the pieces on display throughout the month during all of WABL’s open hours.

Taylor Swift Poetry Party: Thursday, April 18, 4 to 7 PM, Andover Public Library (APL). Calling all Swifties! Get ready for an evening celebrating all things Taylor Swift. We’ll make friendship bracelets, do some cat crafts, and try our hand at some blackout poetry sheets. We’ll also play games like trivia, finish the lyrics, and more.

Please register for this event by emailing the library at andovernhlibraries@nullgmail.com, or calling either location during our open hours. We anticipate that this event will fill to capacity, so register early to save your spot!
