Committee reviewed a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) overview.

Chuck Keyser agreed to be the co-chair and conduct CIP meetings in Phelps’ absence.

The basic CIP parameters were identified and voted:

“Capital” will be identified as a proposed item which:

• has a proposed cost of $10,000
• has an expected useful life of five years

Reviewed the proposed future meeting content and discussed the schedule.

Reviewed the proposed cover letter requesting input from the department heads.

Reviewed a sample Capital Input Request form.

Gather needed information for Financial Analysis and Population Analysis.
