Franklin Savings Bank (FSB) will host its 22nd Annual Charity Softball Tournament September 16 through September 23 at Odell Park in Franklin. All proceeds raised throughout this event will benefit local children’s charities, including Awareness for Adalyn, Every Child is Ours, and the Paul Smith School Playground Fund.
The FSB Annual Charity Softball Tournament fields co-ed teams ages 13 and older to swing their bats for charity. The deadline to register a team is Friday, August 14.
Since 1994, the FSB Annual Charity Softball Tournament has raised over $61,000. for countless local charities such as local community centers, the Northern Rail Trail, Winnisquam, Opechee & Winnipesaukee (WOW) Trail, local homeless shelters, community food pantries, American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, Lakes Region Habitat for Humanity, Make-A-Wish New Hampshire, Relay for Life, American Diabetes Association, Mix 94.1 FM Cash-n-Cans, and local animal shelters.
Donations are welcomed and appreciated; all in-kind contributions will receive acknowledgement throughout the week-long event.
