Lenny Caron: Continued discussion on Public Hearing and Site Plan Review for gravel excavation on property located along Bridge Road

The board determined that Site Plan Review for excavation by the Town of Wilmot for public road maintenance is not necessary. The board voted unanimously that the board does not require Site Plan Review for Excavation by the Town of Wilmot, provided these actions are within the designated excavation area and are consistent with the approval as reflected in Site Plan approval for Mr. Caron’s excavation activities dated November 24, 2015, and provided that Mr. Caron provide written confirmation that he is a duly authorized agent of the Town of Wilmot.

Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendments

The board will review public testimony from the hearings on proposed zoning amendments and submit an article to The Andover Beacon pertaining to proposed changes. The board will work towards addressing accessory apartments Zoning Ordinance changes for town meeting, but will table the rest of the proposed amendments pending further public education and input.
