On Monday, June 6, from 6:30 to 7:30 PM at the Boscawen Municipal Complex, Nada Haddad, Food and Agriculture Field Specialist with UNH Cooperative Extension, will give many tips to get you ready for your farm market. Product quality, sales etiquette, and customer profile will be covered during the presentation.
This workshop is designed for farmers and growers operating a farm stand or a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, a Pick-Your-Own program, or selling products at a farmers market. Soon-to-be growers thinking of selling their agriculture products will also benefit from this workshop and the discussion of the pros and cons of the different market channels.
There is no cost to attend the workshop, but pre-registration is appreciated for planning purposes. To reserve your spot, register online at bitly.com/UNHSellMkt or contact Mary West at 796-2151 or Mary.West@nullUNH.edu.
