The vegetables are just starting to come in, and so far we have had rhubarb, lettuce, kale, and asparagus. As the gardens flourish, we look forward to many more vegetables and fruit.
We will continue to have fresh farm eggs from the Maple Shade Farm in Salisbury, sold by Sandy Miller; antiques by Mary Perry from Salisbury; fresh honey by Eric Czaja from Concord; bead jewelry by Dr. Gail Devoid of Boscawen; as well as woven goods, knitted items, soaps and lotions, cupcakes, jams and jellies, and bluebird houses.
Coming soon will be fresh raw milk and yogurt, meat rubs, and teriyaki.
We will be at the Town Hall in Salisbury on Route 4 every Monday except holidays. The hours are 3 to 6 PM. Come and check it out.
