Minutes of Previous Meetings:
For the Public Session of December 6, 2016, Dean motioned to accept the minutes and Misty made the second. All were in favor and the minutes were approved with no discussion.
For the Work Session of December 13, 2016, Mark H. motioned to accept the minutes and Annie made the second. All were in favor and the minutes were approved with no discussion.
Finance Report: Annie motioned to accept the financial report and Mark H made the second. All were in favor and the report was approved.
Board Chairperson’s Report: Michelle reminded the Board Members that there would be a meeting with the Andover Budget Committee to be held on Wednesday, January 5 at 7 at PM at the Andover Town Hall.
2017-2018 Calendar: Misty moved to approve the proposed 2017-2018 Andover School District Calendar. Mark H made the second and the motion was approved. All were in favor and the calendar was approved.
Lunch Price Increase: In order to comply with USDA Price Regulations and to continue to qualify for federal reimbursement, there was a request brought forth to increase lunch prices by ten cents to total $2.10 beginning on Monday, March 6. Dean moved to approve the lunch price increase by ten cents. Mark H. made the second. All were in favor and the motion was approved.
Manifest Journal Entries to Sign: Mark H. moved to approve the signing of the manifest/journal entries. Annie made the second. All were in favor and the journal entries were approved. They had been signed at the previous work session.
Superintendent’s Report: Mark M. reminded everyone of the Budget Presentation to be held at the Town Hall on Wednesday, January 5. The public hearing will be held at Andover Elementary Middle School on Wednesday, January 18. The planning for a SAU 46 Town Night to coincide with basketball season is in process.
