Received a letter from the Department of Safety regarding the upgrade of LTE Network to 7000mh band and the necessity of expanding operations and installing more relay towers.
Received a letter from FEMA regarding geological survey to upgrade the risk map for flooding.
Bellettete’s received their Certificate of Compliance.
A person on Putney Road would like to operate a small scale machine shop in a garage on property, as well as a possible apartment on the second floor of his home. Dave advised he needs to come before the Planning Board.

Notice of conference Savings Special Places to be held on April 8, 2017 in Alton was received.
Notice of the 23rd Annual Spring Planning and Zoning Conference to be held April 29, 2017 was received.
Non-Binding Consultation:
Deb Brower – Old Town Hall at 157 Main Street: Brower distributed a questionnaire titled “Got Ideas” for usages of the old town hall. The board reviewed the State Septic Approval. The board advised Brower she would need to come back before the board with proposals in order for the board to offer any input.
Lakes Region Planning Commission (LRPC) Map Project:
Teach has not heard from LPRC to date.
