Vertex Towers, LLC (the “Applicant”) has applied for a Special Exception and Variances from the Town of Andover Zoning Board of Adjustment, and Site Plan Review from the Town of Andover Planning Board, to construct a Personal Wireless Service Facility including a 100-foot tall monopole style tower at 46 Main Street, Andover, NH  03216, Tax Assessors Parcel 19-108-67.    The Applicant will conduct a Visibility Demonstration to illustrate the location and height of the proposed Facility by means of a balloon raised at the proposed location to a height of 100 feet. Said Visibility Demonstration will be held TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 10, 2024 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm NOON, weather and wind conditions permitting. In the event of inclement weather on September 10, 2024, the Visibility Demonstration will be rescheduled until the next weekday and each successive weekday until weather and wind conditions permit a successful demonstration.
