One of the last two fun-filled luncheons serving seniors in the Kearsarge Region is scheduled at the Wilmot Community Association’s (WCA) Red Barn at 11:30 AM on Thursday, February 16. Don’t miss it!
Door prizes will be given out and fun entertainment will follow the meal. This month, New Londoner Don Wright, a retired pilot who flew U-2 planes, will give a fascinating presentation.
Advance reservations are required for each luncheon. First time attendees wanting to enjoy a hot lunch and the camaraderie of other seniors are requested to call Margaret at 768-3805 by February 8.
When the weather is “frightful”, Senior Luncheons will follow KRHS’s lead; if the regional school system is closed due to weather conditions, luncheons will be cancelled as well.
The WCA Red Barn is located at 64 Village Road next to the Wilmot Post Office in Wilmot Flat. Parking is available in the WCA’s upper parking lot, the Wilmot Baptist Church and across the street. Luncheons will continue through March 2017.
