East Andover Preschool News from December 2017

Tayo Will, Sadie Gilman, Charlotte Sanborn, and Grayson Cloutier enjoy a snowy day

It’s hard to believe that we are welcoming in 2018… the school year seems to have just begun! In December, we celebrated Grandparents’ Day with 20 grandparents in attendance.  With Cindy Benson and Lindsey Allenby leading us, we had a holiday song sing-a-long followed by butter making which we ate atop crackers, and ornament making. Some grandparents even joined us for outside play on the playground.  It was a thrill for the Preschoolers to have their grandparents with us for the morning!
We also had a wonderful holiday classroom celebration with Margo Coolidge playing her guitar and singing with us, some parents visiting to help us create ornaments, as well as a visit from Old Saint Nick himself! (Thank you Lloyd Perreault)
Our parent Board members are busy planning our annual spaghetti dinner which will take place on February 17th. We are currently collecting items for our raffle… please let us know if you can help.
Many thanks to the families who donated items from our holiday wish list. It is all of our families and special community members who help make our program stand out. If you are interested in supporting a great, community based Preschool or looking for a great program to make a year-end tax deductible donation to we’d love your support! Happy New Year!
