Wilmot Farmers Market Provides a Weekly Shopping Adventure

Nonprofits are invited to participate

Press release

The Wilmot Farmers Market opens its 20th season on  Saturday, June 26, on the Wilmot Town Green at 9 Kearsarge Valley Road with a new potter, a new farm vendor, and a renewed hope amongst loosening COVID-19 guidelines that customers will make the market part of their weekly schedule.

Customers are people that make it a custom to shop the market.  Committed customers sustain local farms, strengthen the economy, and enhance our area’s food security.

Market goers will find woodcrafts, silk screen articles, a Richard Potter book, bakery products, no-salt seasonings, pottery, jewelry, and several area farms cultivating a variety of  produce (some organic), goat milk and cheese, and several types of meat, eggs, and flowers.

The board is revisiting market decisions that were made in the winter when COVID-19 cases were high. Back on is the education tent, which is the opportunity for area nonprofits to spread their mission and be visible in the community. Another fundraising option is for groups to provide breakfast items and drinks for the market.

For either or both options, if your group is ready to be out and about, contact us through email for available dates at WilmotFarmersMarketNH@nullgmail.com, or call Donna at 758-5579.  For vendor information, please visit WilmotFarmersMarket.com.

The Wilmot Farmers Market is open every Saturday, rain or shine, 9 AM to noon, through September 25. Looking forward to seeing you at the market!
